Usage

compute_phd(X, y, Sigma = NULL, eps = 1e-08)

Arguments

X

Numeric predictor matrix.

y

Numeric response vector.

Sigma

Covariance matrix used for standardisation.

eps

Eigenvalue floor.

Value

A list containing pHd kernel, eigenvalues, directions, scores.
